Currently a PhD student at the Timone Institute of Neurosciences (INT), I am dedicated to studying the neurodevelopmental origins of psychiatric disorders, with a particular focus on mood disorders.
My PhD thesis work relies on advanced imaging techniques, behavioral and cognitive measurements, as well as medical and environmental data. My goal is to identify the determinants of mental health during neurodevelopment, with an emphasis on critical periods of early development.
This research allows me to specialize in big data analysis, using large databases, statistical modeling tools, and machine learning techniques. My integrative approach aims to better understand the underlying mechanisms of psychiatric disorders and contribute to the development of new prevention and intervention strategies.
