«Infrared neural stimulation: presentation of this relatively unexplored neurostimulation method and recent results »

Abstract:
This talk will start with the presentation of the bioelectronic technologies developed by NET team, introducing basic concepts, and future developments envisioned. After this, a focus will be made on Infrared Neural Stimulation (INS, ≠ photobiomodulation) with a quick review of how it has been used so far, possible mechanisms of actions, and recent results obtained in spinal cord slices in collaboration with R. BOS.
