Characterizing cortical development with fetal MR imaging: from cross-sectional to high-temporal-resolution longitudinal data

Abstract: In this talk, i will present developmental work performed in the MeCA group using fetal MR imaging. We will see how a clinical database can be used to quantify and characterize prenatal gyrification. Then the limits of such database will be discussed and we will show how a longitudinal database acquired on non-human primates can overcome these limits
